6 Yukon Gold potatoes (medium - big)
6 T sunflower oi
6 cloves of garlic
2 sprigs of rosemary
6 sage leaves
2 pinches of salt
1 pinch of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the potatoes in cubes and then place into the dish with the crushed garlic, the rosemary, sage, salt, and pepper. Mix all together with the Sunflower Oil (also can use Olive Oil). Roast for an hour and a half on 350.
