1 cup flour
1 tsp salt
hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Place flour and salt in bowl. Begin to add hot water and mix until ingredients form a ball. Turn out onto floured surface and roll out. Cut into strips and drop into hot broth. I usually double this recipe.
