1 can Bavarian Style Sauerkraut
1 piece of pork scrap
3/4 c. water
1 large grated potato
1 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1/2 can of kraut and a piece of pork scrap. Add other 1/2 can of
kraut and 3/4 c. water. Simmer for 1 hour.
Grate a large potato and mix in with kraut and simmer an extra
20 mins.
If you don't use the pork, I simply cook the kraut & potato for 20
mins. and serve.
