1 gal. tomato sauce
2 gal. water
5 lb. Italian sausage
1 large onion (diced)
2 large cans tomatoes
1 C. wine
2 Tbsp. sugar
Parsley to taste
Basil to taste
Rosemary to taste
Lawry's salt to taste
1 pkg. rotini noodles
2 cans black olives (whole)
2 cans chopped spinach
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot add tomato sauce, water, onion, canned tomatoes, wine, sugar, parsley, basil, rosemary, pepper, and Lawry's salt. Bring to a boil. Cook Italian sausage and add to boiling pot. Simmer for an hour or so. Ten or 15 minutes before serving, bring to a boil again and add a package of rotini. Boil for 10 minutes or until rotini is done. At the last minute, add 2 cans black olives and chopped spinach. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
