14 oz. caramels
1/3 C. evaporated milk
(melt above ingredients in saucepan and set aside)
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1/3 C. evaporated milk
1/2 C. melted butter
1 C. chopped nuts
1 C. milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except caramel mixture and chocolate chips and pat 1/2 mixture in bottom of greased 9x13 pan. Bake 6 minutes at 350. Sprinkle 1 cup chocolate chips over warm brownies. Pour caramel mixture over chocolate chips. Crumble remaining mixture over top. Bake 19 to 20 minutes at 350. Cool. Refrigerate 30 minutes and cut into squares. Keep refrigerated as long as possible because they get gooey.
