1/3 cup fresh orange juice 1/3 cup dry red wine 3 TBS olive oil 2 TBS sherry vinegar 1 TBS grated orange zest 1 TBS chopped fresh rosemary 1/2 tsp. salt
Mix all ingredients in a shallow pan. Add lamb chops. Turn to coat both sides with the marinade. Marinate for one hour on each side in the refrigerator. Let stand for one hour at room temperature, turning one more time, before grilling. Call for detailed grilling instructions.
