1 T. red wine vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced and mashed to a paste with a pinch of salt
c. extra-virgin olive oil
2 c. extra crusty bread, cut into cubes
1 lb. fresh tomatoes, cut into wedges
c. Nicoise or Kalamata olives
c. chopped basil leaves
1 T. chopped marjoram leaves

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl whisk together the vinegar and garlic, add pepper to taste. Whisk the oil in. Add remaining ingredients, salt to taste and toss well. Let stand at room temp at least 20 min. to allow bread to soak up some dressing.
