c. basil vinegar or red wine vinegar
c. extra-virgin olive oil
pinch sugar
2 cloves minced garlic
salt & pepper to taste

Part 2
8 oz. bowtie pasta, cooked al dente
1 c. chopped Kalamata olives
1 c. chopped roasted red pepper
1 c. crumbled feta cheese
c. diced sharp cheddar
c. grated gouda
6 T. chopped fresh basil

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl whisk the vinegar; slowly whisk in the olive oil. Add the sugar and salt & pepper. Add the second part and toss well. Refrigerate 2 hrs before serving.
