2 egg yolks 1 3/4 c. milk 1/2 c. cooking oil 1 3/4 c.. flour 1 Tbsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 2 egg whites
In small bowl beat egg yolks with fork. Beat in milk and cooking oil then add flour baking powder and salt. In small bowl beat egg whites until stiff. Carefully fold egg whites into mixture. Do not over mix. Lightly grease waffle baker.
