1 lb. ground beef
salt and pepper -- to taste
8 oz can sliced mushrooms
1 large onion -- chopped
2 tbsps. butter
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup, condensed
8 oz. shell pasta -- cooked and drained
paprika


Directions:
Directions:
Fry ground beef. Add salt and pepper to taste. Drain. Saute onions and mushrooms in butter until onions are transparent. In large casserole dish, whisk together soup and mayonnaise. Stir in cheese, then ground beef, onions, and mushrooms. Stir in pasta. Sprinkle top with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbling.
