3/4 stick butter
3 heaping tbsps cocoa
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups milk
3 heaping tbsps flour

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in heavy sauce pan. In a medium mixing bowl, mix together flour, sugar, salt and cocoa. Add one cup of milk to butter and stir in dry ingredients. Add remaining 2 cups milk. Cook over medium heat until desired thickness stirring constantly. Serve over fresh, warm biscuits.
