6 or 8 bell peppers
1-1/2 lbs ground meat
1 can stewed tomatoes
3 T worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup instant rice
salt & pepper to taste
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and drain bell peppers, if large cut in half and remove all seeds. Brown meat, drain well, add tomatoes, rice, worcestershire and seasonings. Cover and simmer about five minutes. Add cheese and spoon mixture into each pepper half. bake in uncovered dish at 350 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle more cheese on top before baking.
