6 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup milk (or less)
3 tsp vanilla

Cream butter, salt and 3 cups powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla, remainder of powdered sugar and milk alternately, blending until smooth and of spreading consistency. (You may only need half of this recipe)
