1 cup shortening
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
3 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Blend shortening, brown sugar, peanut butter and eggs. Add mixed dry ingredients and mix well. Shape into 1" balls, roll in granulated sugar and flatten with criss-cross tines of fork. Bake at 375 on ungreased cookie sheet for 8-10 min.
