1 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 pkg lemon Jell-0
1 cup hot water
3 T lemon juice
1 large can evaporated milk (chilled until icy)
Graham crackers for crust

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Combine 1 pkg lemon jell-o, hot water and lemon juice. Stir second mixture into first mixture. Whip until very stiff - 1 can chilled evaporated milk. Fold lemon and cheese mixture into whipped mixture. Pour into prepared graham cracker crust and top with graham cracker crumbs. This make a large pan, use 10x16x2.
