Ingredients:  
2 cups milk(I use small can evaporated milk, 1 can water and fill rest of 2 cup measure with whole milk)
1 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
1/3 cup flour
2 T butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and sugar. Add milk and well beaten eggs to mixture. Cook over medium heat, stirring until thick. Add butter and vanilla. Mix in coconut and cook until stiff. Pour into bake 9" pie shell.
Top with meringue.
