Ingredients:  
3 cups flour
1-1/4 cup shortening
1 tsp salt
1 egg, well beaten
5 T cold water
1 T white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut shortening into flour and salt. Combine egg, water and vinegar. Pour liquid into flour mixture. Blend well. Divide dough into 3 balls. Roll out. This will keep in plastic bag in refrigerator for 2 weeks. I usually roll out crust and keep in freezer until needed. For baked crust, bake at 425 for 12-15 min.
