Ingredients: 1 Devil's Food Cake Mix (without pudding) 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened 2/3 cup packed brown sugar 1 tsp vanilla 1/8 tsp salt 2 cups cool whip 2 T grated semisweet chocolate

Directions: |
Directions:Mix and bake cake according to pkg directions, using two 9" cake pans. Remove from ans and cool completely on wire rack. In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and salt until fluffy. Fold in cool whip. Split each cake into two horizonal layers (I use dental floss to cut the layers). Place one on serving plate. Spead with 1/4 of cream mixture. Repeat layers, top with grated chocolate. Cover and refrigerate 8 hrs. or overnight. Keep in refrigerator. |

Notes: I found this recipe in a Taste of Home magazine and have made it often. I have shared this recipe with alot of people. Leann requested this cake after Cason was born. She deserved it! Everyone enjoys this cake.
