1 lb. bacon or sausage cut into bite size pieces
10 eggs, beaten
8 oz. cream cheese cubed
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown bacon or sausage in skillet until nearly done. Drain well. Add eggs, cream cheese, salt and pepper to skillet. Cook eggs until done.
