3/4 c. butter
1 pkg minature marshmellows
2 c. crushed pretzels

3/4 c. peanut butter
2/3 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. butter
3 c. dry roasted peanuts
1 c. uncooked quick cooking oatz

Combine 3/4 c. butter and 3 cups marshmellows in 3 qt. sauce pan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until melted. Stir in crushed pretzels. Press into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle remaining marshmellow over crust. Bake at 350 for 6 to 8 min. or until marshmellows are soft and puffed. Cool 5 min.

Meanwhile place peanut butter, corn syrup, and butter in 3 qt sauce pan. Cook over med. heat until smooth. About 2 to 3 min. Stir in peanuts and oats. Carefully spread over marshmellows. Refrigerate for about 1 hour. Cut into bars.
