1 c. butter
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
3/4 tsp. almond extract
1 tbsp. milk
seedless Raspberry Jam

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter until smooth. Mix 1/2 tsp. almond extract. Mix in flour until dough comes together. Roll in 1 1/2 inch balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet. Using your thumb make a small hole in the center of each ball. Fill each hole with jam. Bake at 350 for 14 to 18 min. Let cool for 1 min. on baking sheet. Mix powdered sugar, 3/4 tsp. almond extract, and milk until smooth. Drizzle lightly over warm cookies.
