1 can crescent rolls
1 lb. sausage
8 oz. pkg mozzarella cheese
5 eggs, well beaten
3/4 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Line buttered casserole dish with crescent rolls. Layer sausage that has been fried and well drained over rolls. Sprinkle on cheese; combine milk and eggs, salt and pepper. Pour over layered ingredients. Bake at 400 for 20 min or until set.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
