Ingredients:  
1 stick margarine
3 cups diced cooked roast
2 cups chopped onion
2 cups chopped celery
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
3 cups hot water
2 cans bean sprouts (drained and rinsed)
4 tsp soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add onion, celery and seasonings. Saute until soft. Add hot water and bean sprouts. Add roast and mix. Combine the following and add to roast mixture:
2 tsp soy sauce
4 T cornstarch
2/3 cup cold water
2 T Brown Bead Sauce
1 T Bead Molasses
2 tsp sugar After addition, cook 20 min. or longer. Serve over hot cooked rice. (if mixture is too thick, add more water).

This is the first dinner Bill ate at my house. Mother made this alot, and for a while we couldn't find Brown Gravy Sauce, but did find some in Breckenridge, Colorado.
