1 pkg Turkey Gravy Mix
2 T. flour
1-1/2 cups water
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup cooked chopped giblets (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine gravy mix and flour in a medium saucepan. Using a whisk, gradually stir in water, broth and giblets. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes or until tickened.

I haven't mastered the gravy, but this a subsitute I've used. We have to include gravy with the dressing.
