2 lbs. round steak
1 onion (chopped)
1 1/2 c. water
1 T. ketchup
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 T. vinegar
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 pt. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cube meat and dredge in flour, then brown in pan. Add onion, water, ketchup, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce and simmer for 1 1/2 hrs.
15 minutes prior; add mushrooms and soup. Stir in sour cream. Serve over noodles or rice.
