6 cups boiled chicken breast (cut bite size)
8 oz Cream Cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can cream mushroom soup
I can cream chicken soup
1/2 cup finely chopped onion

Topping:
I small pkg. Ritz crackers (50 crackers)
1 stick melted butter
2 tbsp. Poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Place Cream Cheese in large sauce pan. Soften and add sour cream, soups, and onion. Pour over chicken in a 9x13 pan. Crush Crackers and mix with butter and poppy seeds. Cover Chicken with cracker mixture. Cook 350 for 25 min.
