3 Med. Ripe avocados
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup mayo
1 Pkg taco seasoning
10 oz can Refried beans
I cup Sour Cream
3 Med. Tomatoes chopped
1 can chopped black olives drained
1 pkg sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Peel, pit and mash avocados in bowl. Mix in lemon juice, mayo, taco seasoning. Spread refried beans in shallow 9x13 dish. Top with seasoned avocado mix. Layer with sour cream, tomatoes, black olives. Cover with shredded cheese. Serve chilled or room temp. with chips
