1 1/2 C. diced mango
1/4 Sm. red onion, diced
1/4 Sm. red bell pepper, diced
1 Sm jalapeno, seeded and minced (1/4 jalapeno works fine)
1 T. minced fresh cilantro or parsley leaves
3 T. fresh lime juice
1 heaping T. apricot jam
1/2 t. chili powder
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients.

This is the best salsa I have found to put with any grilled or broiled fish, I have made it to go with any white fish or tuna.
