Ingredients:  
1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts (not marinated), drained and mashed
2 - 3 Tbsp. sour cream
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
3 (1/2 oz.) (small package) fresh Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes.
Serve with Triscuitsİ, tortilla chips or crackers.

I usually double this recipe!
