4 pork chops
1 can stewed tomatoes or diced tomatoes
1/2 green pepper
1/2 onion
1 can mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Fry pork chops, drain grease off. Add tomatoes, (mashed) green pepper, onion and mushrooms.
Add water. Cover and cook for 45 minutes. Serve with rice. Feel free to season to taste.
