1 large bag baby leaf spinach, washed
1 package bacon, cooked crisp, drained
6 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 cup French salad dressing
Croutons (optional)

Directions:

Mix together in a large bowl all ingredients just before serving. Place in individual bowls add croutons and some fresh cracked pepper.
