1 (8 oz) package cream cheese; softened
1/2 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked pastry shell; 9 inch
1 1/4 cup pecans
1 cup caramel topping

Directions:
Directions:
In small mixing bowl combine cream cheese, sugar, 1 egg and vanilla until smooth. Spread into pastry shell. Sprinkle with pecans. In small bowl, whisk remaining eggs; gradually whisk in caramel topping. Pour over pecans.
Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes. Cool on wire rack 1 hour and refrigerate for atleast 4 hours before serving. Store in refrigerator.
