3 lbs boneless chicken breast; or chicken tenders not breaded
1 envelope Onion Soup Mix
2 Tbsp. olive or canola oil
1/2 cup water; hot

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. In pan arrange chicken; brush with soup mix combined with oil. Bake chicken for 40 minutes. When done remove chicken from pan and add water to pan juices and stir scrapping the brown bits from the bottom. Serve over the chicken.
