1 box frozen chopped spinach thawed
1 cup light sour cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
8 oz reduced fat cream cheese, softened
4 cloves of garlic crushed
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Squeeze all excess water from the spinach. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Once mixed place ingredients in a glass baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Bake until bubbly about 30 minutes. Watch baking because the top can brown really quickly.

I like to mix it by hand but some may prefer to mix all the ingredients in a food processor.
