1 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/2 tsp baking soda
9 cups each Rice Chex and Crispex
1 cup slivered almonds or honey roasted peanuts
Directions:
Directions:
Mix in a bowl: brown sugar, butter and syrup. Microwave on high 6-8 minutes until it boils. Add baking soda and stir.
Put Chex, Crispex and nuts in a brown paper bag and pour syrup mix over cereal. Shake. Microwave on high for 6 minutes, shaking every 1 1/2 minutes.Pour on waxed paper to cool. Then separate and enjoy.
