1pkg gd seasons Italian dressing mix. prepared
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/3 bottle Inst. Smoke
2 pkgs Au Jus mix
Sourdough rolls
Monterey Jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate brisket in Ital dressing, Inst. Smoke and garlic salt. Then bake brisket, covered in foil, in marinade, at 275 degrees for 5 hours.
Prepare au jus mix according to pkg directions and add to pan drippings.
Make sandwiches with sourdough rolls, monterey jack cheese, and brisket. Use au jus for dipping
