2 cups graham cracker crumbs
dash of cinnamon
stick of butter 3-8oz cream cheese
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
teaspoon lemon juice
teaspoon lemon extract
3 eggs
12 oz sour cream
3 Tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
teaspoon lemon juice
teaspoon lemon extract

Directions:
Directions:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
dash of cinnamon
stick of butter melted
Mix and press in a greased spring form pan. Refrigerate until filling is done.

3-8oz cream cheese
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
teaspoon lemon juice
teaspoon lemon extract
3 eggs
Beat until creamy. Pour into pan. Bake at 375 for 22 minutes.
Remove and set oven to 500
Mix together:
12 oz sour cream
3 Tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
teaspoon lemon juice
teaspoon lemon extract
Spoon over cheese cake starting at edges and work towards middle.
Bake at 500 for 5 minutes.
Let set and chill.
