2 c. flour 1 c. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. soda 1/4 c. butter 3/4 c. orange juice 1 egg, beaten 1 c. fresh cranberries cut 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preheat oven 350º. Sift together dry ingredients, cut in shortening. Combine orange juice and egg. Add to dry ingredients and mix to moisten. Fold in cranberries and nuts. pour into 2 well greased and floured pans. Bake 60 min.
