2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. orange juice
1 egg, beaten
1 c. fresh cranberries cut
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350. Sift together dry ingredients, cut in shortening. Combine orange juice and egg.
Add to dry ingredients and mix to moisten.
Fold in cranberries and nuts. pour into 2 well greased and floured pans. Bake 60 min.
