2 small packages frozen, chopped broccoli ... defrosted or cooked and drained well
1 large jar Cheese Whiz
1/2 large box of Ritz Crackers ... crushed into fine crumbs
1-1/2 or 2 sticks margarine melted ... add to cracker crumbs and mix well

Directions:
Directions:
Layer brocoli and cheese in a 9 x 12 pan; spread cracker crumbs on top and dot with extra margarine, if desired.

Bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes or until crumbs begin to brown slightly around the edge of pan. (Can be microwaved also until everything is hot and bubbly.)
