1 bar (1.2 oz.) Newman's Own Organics Sweet Dark Chocolate with Orange Oil
1 can (15 to 19 oz.) black beans
1/4 c. peanut butter
1 jar (11 oz.) Newman's Own Hot Salsa
4 c. hot cooked rice
2/3 c. plain yogurt
1/3 c. light cream
1/4 c. loosely packed orange peel curls (each curl about 1")
1/4 c. chopped fresh cilantro leaves

With burner low, melt Newman's Own Organics Chocolate Bar in top of double broiler or in a medium saucepan. Remove from heat and set aside.

Drain and rinse black beans. Place beans and peanut butter in food processor and blend. Transfer bean puree to pan with melted chocolate. Stir.

Set aside 1/2 c. Newman's Own Salsa. Then add rest of salsa from jar to bean mixture in saucepan. Mix well and heat through.

In a separate bowl, mix yogurt and light cream. Set aside.

Divide rice in four and place on dinner plates. Top rice with salsa/bean sauce. Drizzle with reserved salsa and yogurt/cream blend. Sprinnkle with orange peel curls and cilantro.
