1 egg
1 Tbsp. milk
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg, milk, and salt. Mix in dry ingredients.
Roll on floured waxed paper on counter, thin.
Add flour or milk as needed.
Cut in thin 1/4"-1/2" wide strips.
Allow to dry several hours or days.
Have broth boiling when you add the noodles.
