1 1/2 lb sirlion steak, cut up in small cubes
1 lb ground sirlion
1 med onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 large can diced stewed tomatoes
2 small cans tomato sauce
1 med. can pinto beans, drained
1 small can kidney beans, drained
1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp chili powder (to your taste)
1 to 2 tsp of garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
In Large dutch oven kettle, heat oil and add sirlion steak cubes; cook until browned. Add ground sirlion, minced garlic and onions and brown meat; adding salt and pepper to taste.

Add tomatoes, sauce and remaining ingredients. Adjust spices to your taste. Let simmer for at least 35-45 minutes.

Serve in bread bowl and sprinkle with cheese, chopped onions and sour cream.....
