1-1 1/2 PKG. SLICE AND BAKE REFRIGERATED SUGAR COOKIE DOUGH
8 OZ. CREAM CHEESE
1/2 C. SUGAR
SLICED, FRESH OR CANNED FRUIT ( KIWI, STRAWBERRIES, PEACHES, MANDARIN ORANGES, PINEAPPLE, GRAPES, BLUEBERRIES, BANANAS, ETC...)
12 OZ. JAR APRICOT PRESERVES

SLICE COOKIE DOUGH 1/4 INCH THICK, ARRANGE ON 12 INCH PIZZA PAN AND PAT DOWN LIGHTLY TO FILL IN HOLES BETWEEN SLICES. BAKE AS DIRECTED ON PKG. UNTIL LIGHT BROWN. COOL.
MIX CREAM CHEESE AND SUGAR. SPREAD ON COOLED COOKIE.
ARRANGE FRUIT ON COOKIE (MAKE SURE IT IS DRAINED WELL).
MICROWAVE PRESERVES UNTIL LIQUID AND POUR OVER FRUIT. CHILL UNTIL READY TO SERVE.
