Ingredients:
2 large chicken breasts
Green onions- diced
3/4-1 package of cream cheese
8 oz. can of diced green chilis
Fat free Half and Half
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and dice chicken, Drain any fat. Add cream cheese, onion, and green chilis to the skillet until all mixed up. Roll mixture into flour tortillas and put in 9X13 inch greased baking dish. Just before baking, pour 1/2 and 1/2 over the top of the burritos to cover well. (I use the fat-free kind) then cover with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350 until hot. Cover with foil to help the tortillas from drying out. Take off foil for last ten minutes to melt cheese fully. Serve with sides of guacamole, sour cream, olives, lettuce, tomato.
