1 cups butter-melted
3 cups sugar
6 eggs
1 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons vanilla
1 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

Preheat oven to 350.
Blend butter, sugar, and vanilla.
Add eggs and beat well.
Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt and then gradually add to egg mixture.
Pour into greased pan.
Bake for 40 minutes.
