2 C. GRATED ZUCCHINI
1 tsp. VANILLA
3 C. FLOUR
1 C. SUGAR
1 C. BROWN SUGAR
1 tsp. SALT
1 tsp. BAKING SODA
1/4 tsp. BAKING POWDER
2 tsp. CINNAMON

Directions:
Directions:
COMBINE EGGS, OIL, ZUCCHINI AND VANILLA. MIX WELL. ADD DRY INGREDIENTS AND MIX WELL. POUR INTO GREASED AND FLOURED LOAF PANS. BAKE AT 325 DEGREES FOR 1 HOUR.
