4 slices 7- grain bread or whole-grain bread
1/3 cup shredded part skim mozarella cheese
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp dried basil, crumbled
1/4 tsp dried oregano, crumbled
1/2 of 7-oz. jar roasted red peppers, sliced
1 TBS grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread on small baking sheet. Combine cheese, oil, vinegar, basil and oregano. Spoon onto bread. Top with red pepper; sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake in preheated oven 5 to 8 minutes until cheese is melted.
Cut each slice into quarters.
