3 cups chicken, steak, or beef
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cups water
1 cup salsa
1 package taco seasoning
1 can black beans
1 package flour tortillas
2 cups minute rice

Directions:
Directions:
Put meat in skillet with oil and brown. If you prefer shred chicken after it is
cooked. Add water, salsa, taco seasoning, and can of black beans. Bring to a
boil. Add rice-remove from heat and cover. Let stand for 5 minutes. Fill
tortillas, add cheese and sour cream as desired. Also good topped with ro-tel!
