1 1/2 c packed brown sugar 1/4 c. top milk 2 tbsp. butter
Bring to boil and boil 3 min. stirring constantly. Remove from heat add 1 tsp. vanilla. Cool to lukewarm. Beat until creamy adding a little cream if necessary to make easier to spread. Makes icing for top and sides of 9 inch sq. cake or 9x13x2 cake.
