3 Tbs butter divided
1/4 - 1/2 c bulk pork sausage
1/4 c onion minced
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 c chicken or turkey broth
1 - 1 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp celery salt
10 slices white bread, cu into 1/2" cubes

Directions:

1. Melt 1 Tbs butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sausage and cook until browned, breaking up large pieces with a spatula.
2. Add onion, celery, salt and pepper and cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in broth, poultry seasoning and celery salt Remove from heat.
3. Place bread cubes in a large bowl, Add sausage mixture; mix well. Let stand 10 - 15 minutes. Shape mixture into 8 patties about 3 1/2" in diameter.
4. Melt remaining 2 Tbs butter in the skillet over medium heat. When bubbly, add patties, in batches if necessary, and cook until golden; about 2 minutes on each side.
